The book ” National Parks in Australia” by Ron Moon was published in 2000 by Könemann and translated into Dutch by Jacques Meerman.

The book covers 50 national parks across the country, from the tropical rainforests of Queensland to the rugged mountains of Tasmania. It includes information on the history, culture, wildlife and attractions of each park, as well as maps, camping facilities and access details.

The author Ron Moon is a well-known outdoor adventure writer and traveller who has explored and written about Australia’s remote areas and adventures for over 40 years. He has also retraced the journeys of early European explorers and visited many other countries around the world. He is a former editor of 4×4 Australia magazine and a regular contributor to Australian Geographic
