It is a study of the characteristics and motives of emigrants to Australia, Canada and New Zealand, conducted by the Ministry of Social Affairs with the cooperation of the Institute for Psychological Market Research in Rotterdam and the Dutch Foundation for Statistics in The Hague. The title translates as Pack up and go?
